The overall method is focused on a philosophy and tailored solutions nameless with the requirements of any local community. For the training the participants are taken into circles with a deeper understanding based moral nature of custom development. This component is immersed in a learning sequence tribal ritualistic not taken in the class of cooperative games that are based on the human qualities of the 4 elements - earth, air, home, h2o, and a fifth component that could only bedescribed as 'unconditional love'. They present a format for continued reflection and personal empowerment as we had been struggling daily to allow for the flow of courage and enthusiasm needed to maintain a program of this immensity.
Individual progress ended up dozens of individual instruments and strategies taught by practitioners estimates, this kind of like the open area, Metro Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication, and many others. There were lectures by thought leaders and business people social, workshops to create projects with each other and networked processes that fuel the group's collective energy. A global community of 70 local youth leaders simultaneously rooted and interconnected by their enthusiasm to really like and social adjustment, and ability to see beyond their own needs and be part of your fingers to others.
