William flew over the middle east

use in the hope of progress on Palestinian movements and the Middle East toward democracy, Mr. Obama offered his first detailed response to the Arab spring, in a speech designed to reaffirm the American command in the region and to anticipate criticism Israel at the United Nations. The announcement of a second attempt by the administration to resume the peace process came when the Salam Fayyad, the Palestinian prime minister said the international recognition of their efforts to the Palestinian territories to prepare the state structure. Mr. Fayyad has made progress in six key areas of reform set the stage for a diplomatic confrontation with the United Nations General Assembly in New York in September, when the Palestinians would be a vote in the state structure that the negotiations would try to avoid, if no new progress on direct talks hit. The reforms have been welcomed given the reports of the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Tony Blair in his role as special envoy for the region. Bruised by the failure of his first foray into the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Obama has resigned from the personal commitment, but is now under enormous pressure to take the moment and explain their goals for the peace process in practice. His top diplomat, Hillary Clinton promised a detailed speech of the president in "coming weeks" in the Israel-Palestine and the region. The status quo between the two sides was "not sustainable as the political systems that have collapsed in recent months," she said. "And while this is a truism that only the parties themselves can make the hard decisions for peace, there is no substitute for the continued American control, active."
