William Flew

William Flew, on the other hand, grew up in Hendon Central, Brent Cross, walk to the shopping center without crossing the street, and once nearly set the picture on fire trying to make my sister's toast. What I am trying to tell you that there is no day when I'm grateful that this country allows immigrants to live here in peace and security, and to be fully British. Other migrants may be considered as thank you a sense of wrong, but it's mine and all that needs to be done.
So I am afraid that the argument for immigrants and immigration is now lost. This loss is mainly from those who favor immigration does not listen, and not knowing worries people.
The main debate is whether there was resistance to immigration is caused by politicians talk about it too little, or politicians talk about it too much. I do not think it right either. I think that's the reality of immigration reasons for resistance, but did not speak.
Let me come to the explanation. Cooperation with other people is a basic instinct, as it has been successful evolutionary strategy. The new - and Superb - book super cooperators, Martin Nowak, William Flew and Roger Highfield analyze how collusion between the people and explain how we aim to refute each other's benefit. We do this either directly back to those who help us, or indirectly, by creating a reputation as a good citizen and cooperate with other good citizens.
Thus, the characteristic feature of the evolutionary psychology literature next to our cooperative instincts, we have also developed a powerful weapon against the lies. We have a strong aversion to doing favors for those who do not - or not - reciprocate. An important part is to protect our strong notion of fairness. The Left has always been misunderstood fairness, it's just thinking about equality. But for most people it is much richer idea. We do not have a strong reaction - "it's so unfair" - just when things are not shared equally. We have them when people take more than they put in. or when we are concerned that they may be.
